Someone has put a mask on America’s face a mask that hides her beauty and grace. Someone has taken her place. Where can I find America to restore her beauty and grace, no matter where I look I see nothing except empty space where homes that once stood that made the neighborhoods. Children used to play and while away their summers day. Her beauty could never be replaced. Even if you and I search all over the world in a day. How can something ever take place. She’s the guiding light that shone so many there way. They all came to stay. How can we all stand and let her waste away
America is now becoming a Third World nation because of the language we use in our political elections and rhetoric used by party members. I was reminded of the language. Sarah Palin used in the presidential election to reload that is a dangerous word for young minds to grasp whether it was used as a metaphor or in humor. It should have been reprimanded by the American news media as well as the GOP party, but instead it was praise by the right wing political groups. One being born out of the use of words. The tea party. In the past two days, the nation has been reeling from the news of the Congresswoman being shot in Arizona a wonderful Congresswoman a beautiful person. And as I watched the Sunday morning news program. I was reminded of all the rhetoric that has been used by our political leaders about each other and their parties as leaders in our democracy. They should be aware of the power they hold one member of the Republican Party at the president’s first State of the Union address made a statement that was so brazen that he should’ve been impeached from Congress this breakdown in protocol should not have went without some kind of do diligent of Congress duty to the American public but yet it was swept under the rug and nothing was done. The American news media did not hold that Congressman to any type of scrutiny so on their part as a watchdog supposedly of public interest. They failed. This failure of Congress and of our leaders and scholars to sit idly by while democracy and the rule of law is trample on by one party is at the root of my assertions that America is becoming a Third World nation
the American political arena has become more complicated than the European Union membership with three different parties vying for power in the House of Representatives. The leadership of the Republican Party will now face a daunting task to pay back its donors and big lobbyist. The promises they have made just as the president has a steep hill to climb in reissuing the progressives and independents as well as the Democratic base and that he remains firm and committed to the agenda set forth by him in his first State of the Union address. The news media pundits are circling like vultures and yet they have missed the real story and is still supplying the American public with lies and untruths. The real story is the GOP takeover in the house really changes nothing and the fight to bring legislation to the desk of the president remains with the majority leader of the Senate Mr. Reid. The Republicans and their newly insurgent tea party members really has not an epic chance of changing any portion of the universal health care bill or the financial legislation proposed by the administration and the Democratic Congress, the Republicans political gains will remain stagnet in political infighting tea party members already chomping at the bit to change the way the Republican Party does business. The old leadership remains firm and new members will find themselves being pushed to the rear of the bus. With the election of the new House Speaker who is already marred in controversy of accepting money from scam artists as well as his own district in revolt of his pledge not to pass the unemployment extensions, it clears the way for compromise. If the Republican Party hopes to make any gains in 2012. They cannot afford a defeatist attitude. They have shown in the last two sessions and the fight with the president must end. If there is to be a presidential bid by a well-known Republican. The independent voters as well as most conservatives are watching closely at how this new house power-sharing will take place if tea party members are not given a chance to steer the party back to it’s fiscal roots supposedly they stand no chance of a successful 2012 gain more or less they will lose the house and dropped to a small minority in the Senate. The Republican Party has not taken in account of the overwhelming joblessness in this nation. Only the conservative members of the Independents and conservatives, Republicans really care about the deficit to most American that are out of work and who have lost their homes are not so concerned about a deficit to them. There is a deficit in jobs and homelessness and a continuation of corporate outsourcing of jobs to countries that are not our allies in this global war on terrorism and that corporate America and the riches Americans are not true patriots no money. How much money they spend trying to project themselves the middle income and the poor in this nation as well as most independents have supported the president and the Democratic Congress even though the losses in this midterm dictate a rejection is not a rejection of individual but a rejection of policies from both parties. A continued squabbling at the highest level of government that is what the voters rejected if both parties are listening. The word is compromise or in this next election you will find your self sitting on the sidelines. The days of arrogance. and corporate America and the rich will come to an end in 2012. Millions of voters set out to midterm election, so be warned if there is no real change and change for the good for the American public. Most of the old bulls and the new ones will not be able to stand in their districts and ask to be sent back to Congress.
With all the uncertainty in the American economy this country finds itself in the midst of the most strangest election candidates that are so far right, they are being called extreme and ex-governor from Alaska that no one has questioned why the indigenous in her state is in a state of poverty but yet the news media is more concerned with scandal the Republican Party is secretly taking money from offshore foreign interests and the American public has the wool over their eyes. Some are living in fear and most have just given up not knowing what to believe or what to do. It reminds one of an invasion a invasion of an enemy that you can see, but you are unwilling to fight because the fear is to great but now you must choose a weapon. The choice of weapons is that debate inside you to live with that fear or to go forward as America has always done unafraid of the future to move forward we must create the future set new goals for old enemies that have brought about our fears. We must always remember that America is and always will be a nation that defies all fear and those who would try to weaken us. The pride of this nation waves proudly in the wind
Why are there so many conservative voters willing to return to an era that brought America and its economy to the brink of collapse. The president and the Democratic Party has returned a bit of world credibility and have passed very good legislation in the financial industry as well as the medical industry but has not received any compliments from any of the American news media, the president has accomplished things that would have taken years in Congress. The Democratic Congress has pushed through legislation that would have been monumental. 10 years ago but now the job is only half done. The economy is still number one on the president’s agenda corporations are not willing to help this president in any way but they gave millions to the Bush regime and the Republican Party
